Almost no other fitness boom of the last few years has been researched more thoroughly than Nordic walking. Power walking engages approximately 70% of all muscle groups, especially legs, buttocks and the lower upper body. With the use of poles, this percentage goes up to 85 during Nordic walking.Regular training sessions will increase your fitness and help you gain muscle mass as well as strengthen your bones. After just two to three training sessions, you’ll notice a difference in how you feel.
