Pure delight for the sensesThe Garberhof´s owner is also the head chef, and traditional recipes of South Tyrolean cuisine are used alongside Italian Mediterranean and new ideas from the international cuisine in a delicious way. The focus is always on fresh, vitamin rich, wholesome produce. The healthy culinary delights are made fresh daily in our alpine wellness kitchen.
During the day there is an open bar with tea and juice in the wellness area. At night time there is a five-course ŕ la carte menu including a fresh salad bar, vital cuisine by request and various weekly highlights.
