In the Garberhof cuisine the recepies of the South tyrolean tradition meet Italian and Mediterranean specialties as well as new international dishes. The day beginns with a rich breakfast buffet; at lunch taste light and delicious disches; during the day you can find in the wellness area a juices and teas bar; dinners with a 5/6-course a la carte menu and on request „vital“ cuisine.
