Mornings:

Rich breakfast buffet with fresh juices and mineral water, vital corner covered with fresh fruit, different types of cereals and bread. Fitness corner with cheese and light cold cuts, a variety of joghurt, handmade or low suger marmalades and lots more.

At lunch:

Enjoy the wide variety of light appetizers, fish and meat delicacies, fresh salads and delicious desserts in our restaurant or winter garden. Guests at the Garberhof can make their selections from the restaurant menu for an all-inclusive price of € 14.-

At snacktime:

All day long, apart from homemade delicious cakes, apple strudel and South Tyrolean snacks, you can choose and taste other delicacies, as fruit, wholemeal bread or joghurts (non included in the half-board). In the Wellness area, teas and juices buffet.

At dinner:

You can choose from carefully selected five-course menus or a Vital menu. Daily fresh salats buffet. On request, we´ll be glad to prepare balanced 1000 calories menus. Weekly we propose different culinary highlights: Culinary journeys around the world (from Italy to South America or Asia…), south Tyrolean evenings with traditional specialties, appetizers and dessert buffets, candle-light dinners and celebration dinners…
