Our wine hotel in South Tyrol

From the beginning of September to mid-October, it is the harvest period or Wimmen, as the harvest of the grapes is called here, when grapes selected by hand in the vineyards to make the most valuable wines. Klaus will also be happy to show you the vineyard of his Vinum hotel, which he planted in 2020 together with Hilde Van den Dries from the Calvenschlössl estate.
