Josmoar Winery

5 course menu including wines
The wines from the Vinschgau in South Tyrol benefit from the high elevation of the vineyards, such as around 600 meters in Kastelbell, which helps the grapes develop intense flavors. The soils give the wines a distinctive minerality. Wines such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Blauburgunder offer aromas of berries, flowers, and herbs. They are characterized by freshness, elegance, and longevity and pair well with fish, poultry, or the South Tyrolean "Brettljause."

Manincor Winery - Organic wines

5 course menu including wines
Wine production at the Manincor Winery was fully converted to biodynamic farming in 2006. The biodynamic approach promotes a healthy soil rich in microorganisms and animals like sheep and bees. The estate places great value on biodiversity by integrating groups of trees, hedges, and mixed seeds into the vineyards. The cellar was built underground to preserve the cultural land and uses geothermal energy to regulate the temperature. Since 2009, all wines are certified.

Andrian Winery and Masi

5 course menu including wines
Founded in 1893, the Andrian Winery combines tradition and innovation. Since 2008, it has been connected to Terlan. Andrian is known for wines that benefit from calcareous clay, dolomitic rocks, and a special microclimate, which gives them complex fruitiness and distinct acidity. The winery focuses on sustainable farming, low yields, and hand harvesting. Many of the wines mature in wooden barrels, enhancing their authenticity and terroir. Masi is a renowned winery from the Valpolicella Classica, famous for its Amarone wines. It blends tradition with innovation and produces wines like Rosa dei Masi, Angelorum and Costasera.

Baglio di Pianetto

5 course menu including wines
The Baglio di Pianetto Winery was founded in 1997 by Count Paolo Marzotto to unite his love for Sicily and wine. Since 2002, it has been producing over 900,000 bottles annually, focusing on ecological sustainability and innovative technologies such as a vertical winery. The vineyards in Santa Cristina Gela are located up to 900 meters above sea level, giving the wines a unique aroma. In 2019, the Viafrancia project was launched, bringing French wine traditions to Sicily. We are pleased to welcome the grandson of the founder, Grégoire Desforges, here at the Garberhof.
