Arrival and departure
Rooms, suites and chalets are available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is by 11:00 am. In case of arrival after 7:00 pm, please notify us by telephone.
Deposit
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via credit card or bank transfer. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.
Pets
Upon request and for a fee, your pets can stay at the Garberhof. We remind you that they do not have access to the dining room and the wellness area (including the wellness garden). Thank you for your understanding.
City tax
From 01.01.2024 the tourist tax is €3.70 per person per night (excluding minors under 14).
Stay cancellation insurance
To offer you security even before your arrival, we recommend our partner "European Travel Insurance". You will receive the amount already paid in the form of a voucher, to be used for a future stay. In other cases, the general cancellation conditions apply.
Reservation
The reservation is final after receipt of a written confirmation from a receptionist and following the payment of a deposit.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, the total amount will be charged.
To offer you security even before your arrival, we recommend purchasing a travel cancellation insurance through our partner "European Travel Insurance".
Family vacation
- Children up to 1 year of age: €30 per day
- Children from 2 to 4 years of age: €70 per day
- Children from 5 to 9 years of age: €90 per day
- Children from 10 to 14 years of age: €100 per day
The prices indicated are valid with the presence of two full-paying adult guests sharing the room.
Wellcard
The Wellcard cannot be combined with other discounts and offers.
Terms of payment
It is possible to pay for your stay in cash (up to €4999.99) and by debit or credit card.
