The Garberhof team believes in the power of visual appeal when it comes to dining. That's why they meticulously prepare everything in-house or opt for locally sourced ingredients. At dinnertime, the executive chef expertly crafts dishes that blend Alpine and Mediterranean flavours, perfectly complemented by a selection from our cellar boasting over three hundred and fifty bottles of wine.

Christian Lechthaler has been leading the team since 1999 and has a passion for transforming quality products into gourmet dishes. In addition to the regionality and internationality of his creations, he also experiments, as he himself states: “At Garberhof, we place no limits on gastronomic imagination; in fact, here you can try something new every day”. What is never missing in his pantry are flour and eggs to make pasta from scratch.
