Fine tea selections, macarons, tartelettes… At the French Tea Time at Garberhof, afternoon tea becomes a truly special experience. Our pâtissière Karin takes you on a journey of flavors through France. Sweet and savory specialties melt in your mouth while your gaze wanders outside toward the Alpine peaks. After this afternoon, you will look at the English tea tradition and French pastry art with different eyes.

From business to pâtisserie: Karin’s journey is anything but ordinary. After ten years in controlling and as Head of Administration in internationally active companies, she left her job and set off on a new adventure filled with oven-warm brioches and croissants. At one of France’s most renowned pâtisserie schools, she learned the craft of baking and refined her skills in various French bakeries. Today, her original recipes form the heart of the French Tea Time at Garberhof.

Information at a glance

Our French Tea Time takes place every second Thursday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Registration is required and participation is subject to a surcharge. External guests are also warmly welcome to immerse themselves in our tea tradition.
