When London gin production process meets the South Tyrolean art of fruit distillation, the result is a product that is second to none. Juniper, liquorice, orris root, apricot, Persian lime: savour the delicate aromatic notes of Felix Luis gin, created by Klaus Pobitzer and Alessandro Secci, and aged for several months in glass demijohns. The name is inspired by the family’s firstborn.

We'll tell you a secret: if you're looking for your host Klaus, you'll definitely find him at the 1981 lounge bar. A place for meeting and sharing, with designer armchairs, rustic wooden beams and view of the three-thousand-metre peaks. Chat with other guests, exchange opinions on the various hiking itineraries and don't be surprised if you hear the traditional Val Venosta dialect spoken, because our bar is also very popular with locals after work.
Our bar team will not let you leave without having you try a Garberhof signature cocktail, based on the best ingredients (harvested under the full moon) and the result of a lot of creativity.
